We are original thinkers and encourage the ambitions and development of all those applying with us. We generally do not work with employees but with independently registered entities. People who are self-motivated and passionate are our kind of people! Not sure how to register yourself? We are happy to guide you on your journey of independence as long as it falls within our jurisdiction and knowledge.

Just starting out in your career? Don’t know if you have the right degree or background? Don’t be shy, motivation, initiative and the willingness to learn means more to us than any degree ever will.

With us it is possible to work remotely as well as on site if the need arises. General administration can be done from anywhere. Candidates wanting a more hands on experience must be able to guarantee a local housing arrangement in Saint Barts before being considered.

Need to earn some extra credit at school? Want to apply your talent in any of the above mentioned areas? Have other ideas? We want to hear from you. We are happy to help you gain extra credit for your education and perhaps our working relationship can evolve from there. It’s a win-win!
