We understand our responsibility to our collaborators, interns and partners to conduct business in a lawful and ethical way. This includes acting with honesty and fairness in all we do and, overall, treating one another with respect. It is core to our values and dedication to excellence. These may not explicitly cover every situation that might arise in our business; however, good judgment and sustained commitment to our values are expected of all of us, at all times.

Using and Protecting Our Resources & Assets
Our assets, whether financial, physical, technological or intellectual are integral to our business operations and success as a company. We all have a duty to protect these assets by using them appropriately and safeguarding them against unauthorized access and use, theft, compromise, or disclosure.
Financial integrity is key to our future. We have a duty to spend Company money in a manner approved through proper channels and to document and record such expenditures and other financial matters accurately and with the highest level of diligence and integrity.
We recognize the centrality of data to the digital world we live in. We also recognize our responsibilities and ensure that during the use of any personal data we are committed to high standards of data privacy and information security.
sustainability
We love what we do and our lives have become so rewarding on every level, whether it is quality of life, work life balance or otherwise. We value the environment we work in and want to pay it forward in our own way. We do this by contributing part of our agency fees once a year to a local charity or association in support of the environment, marine life or sustainable tourism project. This, so we can continue doing what we love and share the magical experience of St Barts with its visitors.
